Empowered Women, Empower Women

Women’s boxing is a place that women can come and box together. But it is so much more than just a place to box, it’s empowering, it’s meeting other women in the community, and it’s learning that you can do the hard things that you didn’t think you could do.

Membership – Classes

Our membership is a great option for those who want to start boxing on a regular weekly basis. With this option, you can choose the number of days per week you’d like to come. If you’ve taken a camp and would like to continue learning and keep improving, jumping right into the membership is a great option! However, you don’t have to take a camp to jump into a membership though, if you’re ready to commit and want more days of boxing, we’re all for that!

Camps

Come learn how to box with us! We’ll spend 4 weeks together, 2x a week. We are starting at the very basics of boxing, so if you’re brand new, that’s ok! We will be hitting heavy bags, water bags, and working with partners to learn mitt work. You’ll also be doing some HIIT training that will all be boxing focused to strengthen and condition you. These camps are so fun, you won’t want to miss it!

Seminars

Our seminars are one- to- two-day events that will typically only be a couple hours long. We suggest that you’ve at least taken one of our camps or know how to box. In these seminars you will dive a little deeper into certain aspects of boxing so you can get better and better.

Boxing Events

We will be holding boxing events that will be attached to our calendar. These events will be an hour of boxing in different locations, and then getting together after to have food and drinks! Watch the calendar to register for these events.

Private Sessions

Whether you’re trying to take your boxing to the next level or starting out and would like a little extra help getting everything all down, private sessions may be for you. Each private boxing lesson will focus on improving your boxing fundamentals. We’ll work on improving your technique because it’s a technique that helps you deliver a powerful punch. We’ll work on defense so that you’re able to block shots thrown at you while delivering your own punches. Taking the time to work on all the little things really pays off in the end so you can get better faster!

Competitive Fight Training

If you’re ready to take boxing to the next level and start fighting competitively, this is a great option for you. We will do one on one sessions to hone your skills and start taking defense and technique to the next level. We’ll focus on endurance so you can go into the fight feeling confident to go the distance. We’ll set up sparring sessions so that you can get practice with other teammates. From start to finish this will make you feel more confident to step into the ring.
